The Estate History

Historically known as Silvermine, the site used to be under the control of the South African Navy, and was developed by the Mvela Group after the successful tender for the site from the South African Government.

General services, bulk infrastrucutre and the community and lifestyle centre were completed in 2007 after a 4 year planning, approval and development process. The townhouse precints are expected to be fully completed during 2008 whilst homes to the 182 vacant stands are currently under constrcution - with approximately half the properties having approved plans - and completion anticipated over the next 2 - 4 years.!
